You can expect to find up to 200 runners of all abilities on our training runs. You can also expect to make new friends! The training runs are a fantastic way to meet like-minded people who may or may not be training for a long-distance event, but who definitely share your love of running, support each other and encourage each other along the way!
A training schedule for half and full marathon will be provided weekly in advance. This will focus on the Vitality Brighton Half Marathon in February and Brighton Marathon in April, but can be adapted for other half and full marathons in the spring.
A RunBrighton vehicle is usually on hand to provide additional support where practical and to store kit during your run (if a base location isn’t possible).
