Bespoke

One-to-one / small-group sessions

How about enjoying a bespoke session on a one-to-one or small-group basis?

Just let us know what you would like from a session. Here are some examples:

  • Planning training to meet personal targets
  • Structured interval sessions, relevant to goals, to improve speed
  • Guidance on appropriate warm-up, drills & muscle activation
  • Efficient running technique & posture
  • Understanding the benefits of training at the correct pace
  • Discovering new, off-road training routes

If you are relatively new to running, give us an idea of your current level of ability and an outline of what you hope to achieve, and we can put together some general advice for you.

Ongoing, personalised coaching

Do you have a goal to work towards, and is it realistic? Maybe you’d like help in setting yourself a realistic goal?

Our coaching process begins by us gathering relevant information to enable us to create an outline plan.

The more information disclosed upfront, the better… i.e. current fitness levels; any history of injury; what training you’re currently doing (including non-running activities); what days you’re able to train; hurdles that might get in the way of training; other priorities such as family or work commitments; any other life challenges; etc.

Of course, like any plan, it would need to be flexible. And you can feel free to contact us at any time, going forward, with questions you might have, and with feedback to enable us to give you a more detailed plan for each coming week.

Please email RunBrighton’s Mike Bannister, EA Licensed Coach in Running Fitness, at [email protected], if interested in a one-to-one / small-group session, or ongoing, personalised coaching.
